At J&Co Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
